Shipping Options: We offer standard shipping via Royal Mail for all orders. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred shipping method. Dispatch Time: We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that personalised items may require additional time for customisation before they are ready to be shipped. We will always keep you updated on the progress of your order. Larger Orders from businesses will require additional time which will be liased during the order process - please email in-creations@hotmail.com Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping costs - we have a flat rate of £3.99 unless stated differently on certain products. Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, we accept returns within a 14-day period from the date of delivery, provided that the items are in their original condition and packaging and provided they aren't personalised, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on personalised goods unless they arrived with you in a damaged state. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return: 1- Contact us on www.in-creations@hotmail.co.uk 2- Pack the Items Securely, When returning the items, ensure they are securely packed in their original packaging, or similar protective packaging, to prevent damage during transit. 3- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
